Dr. Martin obtained his undergraduate degree in Molecular Genetics and Molecular Biology at the University of Toronto, where he continued to study Medicine before beginning training at one of the world’s top Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery programs located in Winnipeg, Canada.
Following this training, Dr. Martin was chosen from a world-wide pool of applicants to complete a Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at one of the world’s most prestigious Cancer institutes, the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. During this time, Dr. Martin had the opportunity to learn from some of the best, most accomplished Plastic Surgeons in the United States.
Dr. Martin has the education, surgical finesse, and experience to ensure you get world-class surgical care, and the best possible aesthetic result. Dr. Martin has trained under some of the most experienced Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons in the world, and he has also been very active in Plastic Surgery research and education. Dr. Martin is widely published, has conducted numerous conference presentations, and is a recognized opinion leader in the field of Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Martin is also involved in the education and training of Plastic Surgery residents, and is frequently invited internationally to teach other Plastic Surgeons various surgical innovations that he has perfected.
